Center “safety” black ring relieves pressure when caught on an obstacle and is also a handy place to attach a dog leash or lead when training your dog.
• VIRTUALLY INDESTRUCTIBLE: This heavy duty hunting dog collar is constructed with rust resistant, black metal double buckle which lets the collar pass through the buckle twice for a more secure fastening and a black metal D-ring for attaching harnesses, leashes and tags which will not rust when exposed to fresh or saltwater. Vinyl-coated webbing also keeps its flexibility in cold weather (remains soft & flexible to -20 degrees F).
